Here are some pictures of the flag disposal that we did at my house.
This was a new consolidated version of the official American Legion Flag Disposal Ceremony. Ceremony Link
Vice Commander Ernie Tye, Adjutant Richard Opdyke, Chaplain Ed Noltensmeyer, Sonny Apman and Gerald McClain were present along with members of the public.
This ceremony will be repeated in the spring as we continue to collect more flags for honorable disposal.

Due to the severity of the Covid virus in the Stillwater area and lack of local medical facility capacity, the Post Commander has reluctantly cancelled this month’s regularly scheduled meeting.
Our next meeting will be on Thursday, February 3rd.
